Personal Background
Born and raised in Bozeman, I graduated from Bozeman High School and majored in Biology at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. I took my passion for community involvement and scientific understanding to Vermont Law School, where I earned my law degree and a master’s in environmental law and policy.
After interning at the New Mexico Environmental Law Center, I returned to Montana to practice criminal defense with the Office of Public Defenders, family law throughout the state with Montana Legal Services Association, and environmental law with the Department of Environmental Quality. I bring a broad swath of experience, insight, and passion to each case I handle.
When not practicing law, I problem-solve on my property outside of Helena, which is home to pigs, goats, chickens, ducks, bees, 2 dogs, and a cat. I feel fortunate every day that I live in Montana.
I am a passionate advocate, who is determined to help you find the best right outcome for your case.
I am licensed to practice in the State of Montana and the United States District of Montana, as well as several tribal courts in Northern Montana.
